PGDM is an institute autonomous program which is approved by AICTE.
MBA is a program which is affiliated to a university.
Colleges which offer AICTE approved courses will also offer PGDM, not MBA, for example, XYZ College is affiliated to ABC University, they offer MBA course affiliated to that university, the same college is offering AICTE approved the course, it means they are offering PGDM which is not linked to ABC University.

I believe there are only Diploma courses which can be pursued after 10th. All degree programs needs a completion of 12th standard in mandatory. For Travel and Tourism I would suggest you to take up Arts in 11th and complete the course and then join for Degree in Travel and Tourism from a reputed college.

you have good chances only to get admission at Sastra University, Thanjavur.
You might also get ECE and mechanical. You need to apply through stream 2 if you have not appeared for JEE Mains exam.
Those who have appeared for JEE they can apply through stream 1 in stream 1, 70% seats are filled and in stream 2 30% seats are filled.
So, I think you can get admission through stream 2 as you have really good percentage. Your total percentage out of 100 is only considered and not your marks in main subjects like physics, chemistry and maths/biology
the official website to apply for sastra university is www.sastra.edu and the last
