Hi,
To obtain an educational loan, your brother must have the admission letter from the university. Also, note that banks don't offer loans for each and every course. You must also have a good profile and you must be admitted by a good university. Secondly, banks give around 80% of the fee, rest you have to do it. Contact a few banks locally for more information. Please be clear with your question. As far as I can understand you want to study in category A (which has a lower tuition fee than the other categories). That is possible if you have a good rank in PESSAT. After that, there is a 20% fee waiver to the top 15% students of their respective branches and you can get this in every semester. Some BPL scholarships are also there which can help you.

If you are technically oriented then MS in Germany is a good option for your career. But if you feel that you are not technically oriented then for changing your career, you may opt for MBA in India or aboard as per your financial conditions.

Hi Kalyani,
The placements were good enough until last year, this year only 1 or 2 big companies came, whereas other smaller companies came in good numbers. TCS comes every year. Big companies usually offer around Rs 5-6 lakhs. Smaller ones offer Rs 4 lakhs.

The college which you will get depends on the percentage you got in 10th standard. There are no engineering or Diploma colleges in Chintapalle. To pursue Polytechnic, you have to go to Vishakhapatnam. Vishakhapatnam have good polytechnic colleges. There is also a Government Polytechnic in Vishakhapatnam.
