ITI offers courses mainly in the field of Science and with your background in commerce, I really do not think you would be eligible for this particular program.
But you can definitely consider various career courses in commerce stream itself from B.Com, BA, to more professional courses like BCA.

It would largely depend on what you want to do in your career if you want to get into the research on the fashion technology, trends etc. go further and do a PG Diploma in Fashion Technology or see if you are fit for M.Des programmes, if that is not the area of your interests then probably you can plan your MBA through a decent full time B-School may be in International Business or Entrepreneurship.
