Hi,
Find below eligibility criteria to pursue Graduate course in US:
Good academic background throughout preferably 60%.The % can be more or less as well, it depends from university to university.
Undergraduate degree form recognised university or college and it should be equivalent to US undergraduate degree.
US universities requires 10+2+4 years of education system, for MS program, it does not accepts 10+2+3 years of education.
TOEFL score 80-90 plus.
GRE score of 1200-1400 plus.

IME offers only Mechanical. AMIE offers almost all branches. Course through AMIE is tough. Results are 3% pass. IME will be relatively easier.

JIMS is a well known institute for mainly the management courses, however, making a comparison is quite difficult, and hence I would suggest you to go and visit the institutes directly and gather feedback from the various students and the management about the particular branch and comparing these infomation as per your parameters, you can take up a decision accordingly.

In India, there aren't any such institutes offering Degree courses in Web designing; however, you can look for the diploma/ certificate courses available in web designing. Institutes like NID Ahmadabad also offer graduate courses in this field and to know about this and other courses, please refer to the following link:
