Selecting the college depends on your personal preference, however I would suggest you to consider the below mentioned points while selecting :
1. Accreditation of the institute.
2.Institute's infrastructure.
3.Teaching faculty.
4.Specialization offered.
5.Past placements records.
Regarding placements I would suggest you to contact the admission department of the above mentioned institutes, and request them to provide you the details of number of companies visited their institute for campus recruitment, average package offered, and highest package offered to students.
You can also visit these institutes personally, and talk to the students studying there, and take there feedback regarding faculty, teaching methodology, placements etc, all this will help you to take decision regarding which institute to join.
