U can do BE by lateral entry in Second Year Direct. Or u can opt BCA or B.Sc.IT, or B.Sc. CS. Graduation is required by the companies for the job point of view. Being an E&TC Engineer u can choose network line as a good career option.

Dear Anurag,
If you fall in general category than you are not eligible because general category candidates should have scored minimum 50%. But if you are from SC/St/OBC category than you can take admission at 48%.
