No ignou don't take any entrance exam for admission in B. Com.
IGNOU is open university they have their own
criteria for entries you have to clear the eligibility
Criteria. For B.Com 10+2 passed and with CBSE or recognised board is must.
Your fee for B. Com is 6000 for full course or also there is option 2000/year.

Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for that programme. Eligibility for B.Sc. In Agriculture is to get Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 or Intermediate (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Forestry) or 10+2 or Intermediate (Agriculture) or 2 years Diploma in Agriculture after 10th or equivalent. There are ample of opportunities in this field both in Government and in Private sector. Getting a good job depends on various factors like from where you have done your Graduation, your skills, your knowledge about the field, the Industrial experience and exposure if you have any.

IIITA cutoff would be much higher. The rank for IIIT A cutoff(including integrated courses) is around 15k which in most cases nears a score of 175 with around 93-94% minimum.What other exams have you given, accordingly, I could suggest you what other options you may have. Also tell me the results of the same.
