Dear Kirti,
No it's not like that, in option forms you need to choose colleges among given one's and set preference for each.now if you will get any college among chosen one's in CAP round-1 then you should go for that else you should wait for CAP round 2 and if any seats will remain vacant in chosen colleges then same will be allotted to you in 2nd or 3rd subject to fullfillment of eligibility.
