no not only on the basis of mere graduation you need to do PG too and specialize in any field related to psychology like clinical or community or paranomal. various branches are there and you need to check the association of abroad country in which you are applying for example in USA there is APA American psychological association. so is the case with other countries you better do PG from abroad university in which country u are interested.

Eligibility for B.COM (H)-
10+2 (any stream) from a recognized board of education.
Commerce stream/ Maths subject is however preferable.
No entrance test. Admissions are strictly on merit basis.
