I would suggest you that kindly just don't focus the placement or packages to judge about the college. You should consider the factors like teaching pedagogy, value added skill development programs, faculty and industry interface program. On all these parameters you will find that IMS, Ghaziabad is a good option among all these colleges. MBA abroad admissions are very different to MBA admissions in India. You cannot apply directly after your studies. Applicants must gain 2-3 years work experience after completing their graduation and must also take the GMAT or GRE and IELTS or TOEFL to meet the requirements. Very few universities accept freshers who have a very extraordinary profile. Without work experience you can check MS Management degrees, Europe is a good option if you consider MS Management.

UPSC civil services is neither a very tough exam nor so easy.Tips for cracking exam is:
1. Be confident
2. Never think negative thinking in your mind
3. Read newspaper daily
4. Be regular that means continuity in your study is very important part of your preparation
5. Last but not the least is that make a friend circle where u you can discuss your problem related to UPSC.
