MTTM is designed for Tourism Students to take there professional experience to an other level. PICT is excellent for CS.
If you are looking for colleges only in Pune, then do consider COEP CS, as being a government autonomous college, it has its own advantages.
After COEP CS, go for PICT CS without hesitation.

Chances of IIT Nagpur is over, as IIT is given to those who qualify JEE advanced.
JEE Mains qualified students are eligible for admission into NITs and GFITs only.
Now chances for VIT-Pune is in your range. Do try for VIT-Pune.
