Spot round happens when after the full admission procedure, there are seats vacant due to various reasons like withdrawal, etc.
So, the University announces its spot round and gives a time period to fill out applications.
On the day of spot round counselling, applicants are called out according to their ranks. The applicant called is given a choice amongst the branches available for admission. They choose and the procedure continues till there are seats vacant.

There aren't any great colleges for MBA in Noida except Amity, so there is no great scope. Better try for top colleges based in New Delhi (FMS, IIFT, IMI, IIT) or Gurgaon (MDI).

It's better to go for ECE from NIT-Silchar rather to go for chemical from NIT-Raipur.
As both the colleges are not topped ranked NITs, so here branch matters more than the college.

I think so. You can pursue B Com. But some colleges have higher cut-offs for non stream candidates for giving admission. But why change stream? There are plenty of opportunities in humanities also. Hard work will take you places in humanities also.

1 year executive MBA is a good option, as you have a work-ex of 3 years. Generally 2 year full-time program is suitable with 1-2 year work-ex. You can look for 1 year programs offered by IIMs, GLIM, ISB, SP JAIN.

The Computer Faculty in Cummins is good. Also Cummins has turned autonomous last year so the syllabus is mostly application and industry oriented. Ultimately it's your decision as Entc and CSE are completely different, so choose wisely. All the best.
