Hi,
MBA at BITs-Pilani is average. You may consider it tier-2 level and not close to any IIM (except may be the IIMs which are just established). There are many opportunities at BITS, but how a student may use them, would be dependant on the student.
MBA at DTU provides excellent infrastructure, a lively green campus, happening life and a host of other facilities. DTU is among the best universities in India and is associated with a brand of such repute is worth. Fee is very less and campus placements are average. However, they are on a progressive path but still unable to establish themselves though they have the DTU DCE advantage.

B.E stands for Bachelor of engineering while B.Tech stands for Bachelor of Technology. These degrees are typically awarded to the students of engineering upon completion of course. It would be important to notice that the engineering course differs in different states all over India and all the leading independent Universities in India have their own courses. So, there's no 'real' difference between these two degrees.

In my view, you should join B.Tech. For this, Jaipur is the best place for engineering. NIT-Jaipur is the best college. But MNIT does not prefer such kind of Diploma students. They take admission through JEE exam. So, you can try for SKIT, JEREC, Anand International College of Engineering College, etc. For good placement, flexibility system in choosing faculty, section, timing for class for a particular class and other axioms, you can visit the campus of Anand International College of Engineering, Jaipur. This college provide excellent faculty members, digital study classrooms, etc.
