See, at this rank, you might college in the last round of the counselling or you can say in the CSAB round only and getting CSE is also quite difficult for you to get there so if you want branch only and not the college then you can take admission in the GL Bajaj Mathura otherwise if you want national level college without any specific branch then you can wait for the Josaa.
