However, advisable is that if possible one should opt for regular programs as they have a better standing in Job Market. Reason being they give a lot of practical exposure to students and since there is lot of communication & interaction happens at faculty - student level the concepts get very clear which later helps you in getting good jobs.

The Salary would depend on several factors like your capablities, your performance on the course, the kind of company you have applied, and your performance at the time of Interview and how good are your negotiating skills. As far as Correspondence Degree is concerned, Preference is always given to the people with Regular Degree, especially when you have to start your career. Correspondence Degree is good for professionals who are looking for a designation jump in their current company.
