Well, each and every branch in engineering is good, we can't compare them. Just there are a few differences like mechanical, electrical and civil are evergreen branches but CS, IT and EC have high placement records.
Other than this, you may also take chemical, metallurgy, mechatronics, etc.
So, choose a suitable branch.

This is the eligibility to study MBA from UTS -
1. a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.75 out of 4 with less than 10 per cent fail grades, OR
2. a Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) overall minimum score of 550, OR
3. a minimum of at least four years' relevant work experience.
4. IELTS ( minimum 6.5) or TOEFL( minimum 80)
