Go for TOEFL and get a score of at least 110 to be considered in the top universities. Rather than taking SAT you should go for ACT which is equally acceptable as SAT in all Universities. The format of SAT has recently changed and hence there are not many resources to prepare.

Chances are less with 52%. A minimum of 55% is required for colleges under SPP. For non SPP they require higher grades. You must decide what you want to study on your own, weigh your likes and dislikes and decide what to study. Canadian universities are very competitive and applicants must have a good academic record. Your admissions will also be based on your personal statement and letters of reference. Even if some university or college accepts you, visa rejection chance is very high if you apply to Canada. I will also suggest you look for options in Australia and other countries.

There are no pros and cons as such. People generally go for distance graduation if they are pursuing any professional certification like you are doing. CS has a wide scope as a statutory designation and also if you prepare for CS, your subjects of B'com get covered into its scope. Therefore I believe it is good to go for it and make your career successful. Wish you s bright future.
