Yes, you are eligible for Canadian Universities, but your IELTS band is not that great. You can try for some of the middle-ranked universities for courses which are not very language heavy. What are you interested in? If possible, try taking a gap year and take IELTS again, and build your profile before applying to college.

The eligibility criteria of DMS IIT Madras for MBA course is Graduates (or professional qualification equivalent to that of a University degree recognised by the UGC) in any discipline with first class or 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PD) earned in their degree from a recognised/reputed University.
