By the question, its not very clear which stream are you planning to get your PG done in CDAC. However, as per your qualification, you can apply for PG-DAC (Diploma in Advanced Computing) You can apply for PG-DAC where you need to score atleast 50% marks in your B.Tech. As for the exam difficulty level. It depends on your level and strategy of preparing for the exam.
