Hello Sakshi,
Both these universities located in Delhi offer admissions in their PG programmes based on the entrance test conducted by them. But I am afraid, the stage is already over for both these universities for admission in the 2018-19 session. But yes you can prepare for seeking admission in the year 2019-2020.
The websites of both these universities give out in detail all the required information.
