Hi,
When you study CS, there are various algorithms for which you have to have a good understanding of concepts like permutations and combinations, matrices, probability etc. that's why they ask for the subject. If they have asked for it then nothing can be done. You should have gone through the prospectus/ brochure of this course beforehand.

However, you can prepare for CAT and seek admission into full time MBA based on your open test marks. Just keep in mind you need to be a graduate with minimum 50% marks at the graduation exam.
