Even though RCVE is a very good institute, the placements of this branch follow their own path. Presently, the situation in India is such that there are very few opportunities for working in core area. As a result majority of the students go abroad for doing there MS or end up doing MBA in India. Situation is likely to change for the better as the years go by but there are still doubts about placements. Best wishes to you.

It is a good choice as the highest package offered was around INR 11.5 LPA, the average was INR 7.5 LPA, and the lowest was INR 5 LPA. The placement percentage of the college was 78%. Most of the students who don't get placed are either interested in further studies or qualified in GATE. The moral is if you want campus placements and are hard-working, you will get it. It's a college of Panjab University, so the infrastructure is amazing with Wi-Fi facility, library, labs, and every other facility. Hostel rooms are good, and the fee is very low. I'm a hosteller. Quality of food in the canteen and mess is better than other colleges.
