Shruthi.Oxford University does not offer any course such as Msc in Renewable Technologies on Power Supply. However, Oxford Future Energy, a research institute which is part of Oxford University, offers postdoctoral research in renewable energey (Solar, Hydrogen, Wind Energy, Biomass & Waste and Fuel Cells. Other universities in UK offers similar postgraduate courses as listed below.

2. University of Strathclyde - Master of Research (a research based postgraduate degree) in Geo Environmental Engineering
3. Kingston University - Msc Renewable Energy Engineering

Srirekha.First let me congratulate you for securing 96% in 12th std. Massachusetts Institute of Technology is one the best and most selective engineering colleges in the world. Your performance in BTech should be as good as your performance in 12th std. MIT requires MS applicants to show some proof of their research capabilities as all MS students in MIT work alongside PhD students in their area of research. So try to be part of any research group in your college that is working in a new invention. For example, all IIT students are encouraged to do some research work during their BTech course. Apart from a good degree in engineering, you also need a very high GRE and TOEFL score. Finally, don't restrict yourself to MIT.
