Online education holds rare options to go about and moreover the quality of the course is questionable and so is the reputation of the institute through which you plan to gain the degrees.
It is advised if at all you are not keen to go for the Regular education, in that case you may opt for the Correspondence education which will be a far better way to gain education as compared to the online education.

Law is not taught i breakups as like Criminal Law or Civil Law or Revenue Law or etc. It is taught in a whole, later after passing out you can take specialization as per your choice and interest.

You need not worry about English, as you can take the competitive test in any of the constitutionaly recognised languages. However, papers of the Preliminary test are set in English & Hindi only.
However, you must try to improve your English by taking some English speaking course, as the IAS Officers can be posted anywhere in India and particularly amongst the southern communities English would only be the link language to communicate with them.

Dear Prema First try to finish whatever u r doing instead of searching for new degree because u have already spent lot of time due to ur confusion. U r not stick to ur decision. Take one firm decision and then don't look back, The more people u ask more u will get confused.
