Online education holds rare options to go about and moreover the quality of the course is questionable and so is the reputation of the institute through which you plan to gain the degrees.
It is advised if at all you are not keen to go for the Regular education, in that case you may opt for the Correspondence education which will be a far better way to gain education as compared to the online education.
There are several institutes in the country to offer Correspondence degrees at the Masters level and each of which may vary in the kind of courses and procedures undertaken. You need to clarify the course that you plan to pursue based on which you can opt for further education.
Like if you are keen to make a career in the Management stream, in that case you can opt for MBA through an Open University or other recognized institutes for correspondence education, please refer to the below link:

Law is not taught i breakups as like Criminal Law or Civil Law or Revenue Law or etc. It is taught in a whole, later after passing out you can take specialization as per your choice and interest.
In respect to your second part, I have previously answered this question in respect of the same nature of question asked by other members, once again chanting the same for you.
As of now LLB is not offered through Distance Education Mode and/or Part time and/or open Education system and/or Online mode as because the Bar Council of India (the sole regulatory of all LLB courses across in India), dose not recognizes the offering of LLB through these modes.
Please note that in respect of LLB course only University Grants Commission's recommendation is not enough the course should also by approved by Bar Council of India.
Recently from the words of mouth I have also come to learn that some "so called universities/institutes" are offering this course in Distance Mode, but the real fact is this that same is not approved by UGC or BCI. Learning in this institute shall though give you the knowledge of Law but the certificates issued will be no worthy than the scrap papers and you will not be able to practice as an Advocate.

Dear Prema First try to finish whatever u r doing instead of searching for new degree because u have already spent lot of time due to ur confusion. U r not stick to ur decision. Take one firm decision and then don't look back, The more people u ask more u will get confused. Everybody will according to his priorities but decision must be take by u only on the basis of ur priority and criteria. Finish ur graduation and simultaneously take International Certifications with u which will make ur profile different from others.
Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language. Can u independently handle any language? If ur ans comes yes then only think for software development line or testing line. Every line is good only depends upon u how much depth knowledge u have. As far as salary is concerned It depends upon u how tactfully and technically u have cleared ur interview not upon the degree or certificate u have with u. If ur ans goes to no for programming then some other line as well for ur career.
