Hi Kunal,
Eligibility for M.Tech course is usually a BE/ B Tech degree. Besides a B.Ed. you need to tell us if you have any other graduate qualification which will make you eligible. If you are eligible you can definitely pursue both M Sc and M Tech. There is not much difference between ME (Masters in Engineering) and M Tech (Masters in Technology). Both are technology related fields.

For all the PGDM full time courses that would apply.
In case of executive or other courses the criteria is different , so chances are higher.
A ful time course is always preferred over a part time.
Thus it would be adviced to attemt entrance exams
