Eligibility criteria for B.Sc in psychology:
Most of the institutes offering this course admit students based on their performance in the HSC (10+2) exam. The candidate needs to have:
10+2 level of education from a recognized educational board.
Secured a minimum aggregate score of 50% at the 10+2 level.
Have reasonably good problem-solving and mathematical skills.

No you can't consider it as a graduation because diploma after 10th class is good but after 12th it is of no use because you've already wasted 2 years after 10th. You should apply for B.Tech.

You will get many options abroad, Canada, Germany, Singapore, Ireland, Netherlands, etc. You can look for network engineering courses if you are interested in this field. You may look for PG Diploma in the same. If interested in research you can think about obtaining a Master's degree in future.

Hi, There are very big difference between B.Tech (CS) and B.Sc (CS). the few of them are listed under :-
1. B.Tech is a practical and skill knowledge oriented 4 years programme, while B.Sc (CS) is theory based 3 years programme.
2. B.Tech admission are based on JEE Main/ Advance and other entrance tests, while B.Sc admission are based on merit (12th marks).
3. B.Tech (CS) have higher level and exposure in market in comparison to B.Sc (CS).
4. B.Tech (CS) students are eligible to participate in Graduate aptitude test in engineering (GATE) for jobs of PSUs and government. While B.Sc (CS) have no such options.

Normally, colleges abroad do not ask for details regarding your backlogs. At time of application you should have cleared all your backlogs, and have a strong under-graduate application. However, in the case that they do ask you about your detention, you should be prepared with an answer. You could always state that you had a medical issue, or other special circumstances for having failed an year in B.Tech. Whatever may be the case be prepared with an answer to explain your detention. Other than that it should not affect your application too drastically.

There is no straight-jacketed approach to earn more money. There are plenty of good jobs & higher study opportunities available after getting the degree in dentistry as a doctor.
