No, TISS is the name of University i.e., Tata Institute of Social Sciences. The exam conducted for the admission to the postgraduate programmes is called TISSNET. EPGDODC is a 14-months programme which is equivalent to the MBA programme at TISS. TISSNET (TISS National Entrance Test) is a university level entrance exam conducted by the Tata Institute of Social Sciences for admission to PG programme.
