In order to pursue MS from universities in Canada yo need to have:
16 years of education, with good academic record throughout, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus, or
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.

Dear viksit,
If you re looking for B-tec your eligibility criteria is given below.
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology.
Obtained at least 45 & 40% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
Passed Diploma examination from an AICTE approved institution; with at least 45 & 40% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology.
So i don't feel national open school examination results will be entertained.
