All aspiring students begin their graduate study in the Fall term(August-September).Harvard university does not offer rolling admissions.
You need to have bachelor's degrees in the field, in which you wish to go for Masters level.
You need to take TOEFL and GRE, as this is on of the main criteria for evaluation.TOEFL scores are required for applicants whose native language is other than English,GRE is required for all the engineering courses.Apart from these you need to have a very excellent academic record throughout.

As correctly stated by Suryap2012 , MCA definitely is a good option to go with. It offers a career in IT for those primarily who belong to a non science background, but have studied maths and have high inclination towards IT discipline.
There are many institutes in the country which are offering this program and to apply for a regular MCA, one requires to qualify the admission procedure which includes an entrance test.
