Its really nice to know that you are aspiring to study in one of the top most universities of the world.
All aspiring students begin their graduate study in the Fall term(August-September).Harvard university does not offer rolling admissions.
You need to have bachelor's degrees in the field, in which you wish to go for Masters level.
You need to take TOEFL and GRE, as this is on of the main criteria for evaluation.TOEFL scores are required for applicants whose native language is other than English,GRE is required for all the engineering courses.Apart from these you need to have a very excellent academic record throughout.

2.The statement of purpose.
3.Three letters of recommendation.
4.An official university/college transcript from each university/college attended that bears the seal of the institution and signature of the registrar or appropriate official.
5.C.V. or Resume.

As correctly stated by Suryap2012 , MCA definitely is a good option to go with. It offers a career in IT for those primarily who belong to a non science background, but have studied maths and have high inclination towards IT discipline.
There are many institutes in the country which are offering this program and to apply for a regular MCA, one requires to qualify the admission procedure which includes an entrance test.

Hi, Government of Maharashtra conducts a Common Entrance Test for candidates seeking admission to first year of two year full time post graduate degree course in Management namely MBA, MMS, PGDM courses. A candidate is eligible to appear for the test if, he/she has passed with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in any Bachelor's Degree, scored 30 or more marks in the MAH-MBA/MMS-CET and appeared for the GD & PI conducted by the Competent Authority of the Maharashtra State for the current academic year. Anyone who has already appeared for CAT /JMET / MAT/AIMA / XAT for seeking admission to MBA/MMS are required to appear for GD & PI. Whereas, The Common Admission Test (CAT) is a Computer Based Test in Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation, Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning. The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) use the test as an important component in selecting students for the business administration programs. As Shiksha believes in giving an unbiased opinion to the students about their career and education option it would not be fair on our part to give our personal opinion or to Judge an Institute. However, IIPM is not approved by AICTE or UGC, and technically speaking gives a Distance Education as its degree is through MS University in Tamil nadu whereas the University is located in Noida.
I would suggest to before enrolling for any degree programme here or any other Institute you should keep in mind few of the important things which are : First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), Secondly, the course curriculum and the study material, The infrastructure, The faculty(their educational background), The placement, Last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch students and get few of the alumnae contacts as well. This will give you a real picture about the institute.
