You should first study the basics of HTML and then go for Javascript. To go for Javascript, you should know core Java. You can learn all these from books as there are only a few institutes for these courses in India. One of the few institutes that offer these comprise NIIT.

After 12th, you have to appear for CPT. It is conducted twice a year then you have to go for IPCC (two groups). After clearing 1 or 2 group, you can start your training and after that you have to appear for your last and final exams in two groups.

Belonging to a certain stream won't really hinder this aspiration of yours. If you have done your 12th, do your graduation from a recognized university. Prepare for civil service exams. It would be better if you could look for a coaching (HT's & Byju's classes offer this kind of coaching).

To give the exam you need to be a 10th pass out and you should have completed your ITI in any trade from a recognized university.
If you have a Diploma degree in mechanical/automobile/electrical or electronics then also you can apply for this exam.
Your age should between 18 to 30 years.
However, there is age relaxation for the SC/ST/OBC candidates.
Selection procedure includes written exam and personal interview.

Both CA and CS are good options. It depends on your ability and skills. CA has more prospects and job opportunities as compared to CS. But many companies offer amazing salary to CS. Yes, you can get direct admission in Sharda University if you are an eligible student. Students having good academics can get admission in Sharda University after passing the SUAT test with good marks. Students having very good academics, scoring distinction marks in 12th can get direct admission in Sharda University after going through the interviews. There are certain requirements that are fulfilled in order to get admission. It is not that easy to get direct admission at Sharda University.
