First of all, Bank PO exam id meant for Indian government banks, they don't have any value abroad. You should consider working in India, gain some experience, and then think of moving abroad.

Here you are confused about two different stream and field.
For B.Sc in nursing you need to complete 12th with PCB. This course is purely related with nursing and need deep knowledge of biology.
Another course you mentioned here is purely a management course so for this you does not need any knowledge of science.
