Hi Abhijit though you are from the field of IT and after two years will pass out as TYBSc ( IT ) I want to suggest you two short term courses which you can complete within a span of 3-4 months. First course is "Finance For Non Finance Professionals". It is a specialized course exclusively designed for mid-to-senior level professionals from non-financial domains like Marketing, IT, Purchase, Production, Project and Human resources. It explains key financial concepts, tools and techniques in a simple and lucid manner to help non-finance managers build and develop the much-needed financial credence into their decision making.

Dear Nivedita
Canada is one the best place to study masters , in that case the area of study you have chosen is quite good for these courses , University expect IELTS of at least Overall 6.5 band is mandatory and individual 6 band in each module is very important,
Apart from that eligibility criteria for your desire course may vary from one university to another
see log on to the particular university website and look for it, which will give you clear idea of what to do next and what are the other thing which you need to cover to get admission in those universities.
As you have more than 2 years of time to

Just a suggestion, you must first check if you're suited for Animation. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation. However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this. Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose. Go speak to people over there

In my view the best institute for mass communication is IIMC. In the south, you may consider SIMC or the lesser known Nitte University as the second option. All the three have one thing in common: good faculty. So you know what to look for in a good institute.
