Hi Adnan,
Well it is not advisable for you at this stage to pursue Bachelors from Germany, as you have to go for a 1 -1.5 year bridging course or you have to give an entrance exam conducted by the German university or you have to complete 1 year Bachelors in India.
So, as a friend, I would advice you to complete your bachelors in India and then pursue your masters from Germany.
But as you have asked, I would like to say that there are few institutes offering Bachelors in Automobile in Germany and few universities that are offering a course related to Automobile engineering and allied. Some of the universities are:

Germany is one of the finest study destination to pursue masters degree in mechanical and automobile engineering.
However, you may surely pursue MBA from Germany as well, but please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in Germany you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
As per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies.

doesn't matter that your %age is bad, you can pursue MBA easily, but you have to work hard in your Masters. minimum %age for admission requires 50% and also 40% in graduation.
