It is difficult to get a job in a core company unless you opt it in the campus placements. As you have no work experience, it is quite difficult to find a job and that too with a good salary.
So, it would be advisable to do a Master's degree which would easily fetch you a job.

Candidate must have done graduation from the recognized university to be eligible for this course.
Candidate must have Master’s degree from information science/science background with at least 60 % aggregate from the recognized university to be eligible for this course.
Candidate must not be more than 35 years of age to be eligible for this course. Candidates belonging to the reservation caste or from the Defence background are offered relaxation of two years in the upper age limit eligibility criterion.

Since you don't have maths in class 12th so neither you can pursue B.Com Hons nor ECO Hons. However, you can go for BBA/BMS. Or if you want to change your field then you can do so for Law-LLB or BA LLB. Still you have plenty of options.
