Seeking admission in top most institutes is of course a good dream. But merely having dreams does not help. One needs to study hard. Also opinions will vary as to which is topmost institute?Best would be to approach specialised agency dealing with sending students to Germany with details of your academics. This will enable them to rationally predict your chances of admission in different institutes in Germany.

According to your back ground I would suggest you to take marketing and operations as specialisation in MBA. B.Tech people are genuinely preferred for operations and your experience in sales will help you to find a better room in marketing.

There would be more than 100 institutes which may fit the bill. But it would be outside the scope here. Admissions depend to a large extent on your record of academics. Hence I would advise you to approach specialised agency dealing with sending students to Germany or US for guidance.
