Hi Ruchika,
Since you don't have work experience, please look for MS management programs and I will also suggest you to keep options outside Chicago too. Do not limit yourself to just one option, it will only make admission chances minimal and difficult. You need to also check university websites for requirements. In USA, most schools do not accept Indian three-year Bachelors degree. This is one important criteria you need to check. Write to the universities if required. Check University of Chicago Booth , Loyola University Business School, IIT Stuart School of Business to name a few.

Commercial Pilot License is the required qualification to start a career as pilot in passenger and cargo flights.
Class 12th with minimum 50% in PCM is mandatory for admission. It will take one year to complete the course.
The course is focused on both theory and practical. Theory consists of airline and aviation basics, aviation rules, navigation system, structure and troubleshooting of various air crafts, etc. There will be minimum 1000 hours practical fly training in various air crafts.
There is another Pilot License called as Private Pilot License / PPL. 12th standard is the basic criteria for this course and PCM combination is not
