I do not know anything about Poland as I do not deal with this country. Australia is a good place as far as lifestyle, quality of education and employment for mechanical engineers at present. The other choice if you have scores above 75% is Germany as the cost will be very low or even free if you get a scholarship.

You can apply again but you must first work on the points basis which the visa was rejected earlier. If you did not meet admission requirements you must meet them this time. Please mention why your visa was rejected?

MA in any subject is allowed after some knowledge of that subject. In fact, MA is studying done finer aspects in detail of what we study broadly in graduation. Hence, you will have to do BA in history first before you can pursue MA.

IIMs are the best colleges to pursue MBA. Apart from IIMs, JBIMS, SP JAIN, MDI-Gurgaon, NMIMS-Mumbai, IIFT, SIBM-Pune, IFMR and SJSOM- IIT Bombay are also reputed B-schools.

Admission in IIMs is based on Combined Admission Test (CAT) conducted by IIMs. The eligibility criteria for appearing in CAT is Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognised university with aggregate marks of 50% or above. CAT 2016 will be held on 04 December for MBA 2017-19 batch. You cannot apply for it now. Advertisement for CAT is generally published in August in leading newspapers. You may appear for CAT 2017.

You need to register for the common application, then you need to have your teacher's recommendation letter, this could be from anyone among your principal, faculty who can upload your mark sheet on your behalf. If you are interested in government sector then there are so many options available for you. But, for most of the exams, the eligibility required is graduation.
So, it is better to focus on your B.Tech. firs and then you can apply for Railway JE, SSE Exams, SSC Junior Engineer Exams, etc.

To become a commercial pilot:
You need to first possess a student pilot license. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed class 12th in science (physics and mathematics) with 50%.
Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
You need to register at a flying club, which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
Next is private pilot licens
