There are few things which needs to be considered before joining a course from any institute.
1. Are you getting a PGDM or MBA degree? Although, they are considered equivalent, but technically both are different and MBA have more value than any PGDM. AIU (Association of Indian Universities) as a matter of policy do not accord equivalence to PGDM program offered through distance mode.
2. Is your university recognized? UGC, DEB and AIU are basic recognition required.
3. What flexibility you are getting? App based learning, live interactive lectures and career advisory are

You can get a job with starting pay package of around Rs.8000 to Rs.10, 000 for a fresher and that is too, if you are certified. It depends on firm to firm, if you are at a more prominent firm, then they can fetch you more bucks.

I hope you know that you cannot apply to German universities after 12th. You must complete 13 years education before you apply for a Bachelors degree. Applicants form India must clear IIT JEE Advanced or complete the first year of a Bachelors degree or the Studienkolleg. Once you are eligible you can start applying. Application deadlines for German universities are typically 15 January for the summer intake and before 15th July for the winter intake.
