Dear Student, you cannot enroll yourself in Bachelor program study till the time you have not completed your 10th and 12th. so firstly you should focus on your 10th and 12th - attain good score in both and then can look forward for Bachelor study programs.

Minimum TOEFL score of 57.5 or IELTS score of 6.0.

Rudrapal no college can give you guarantee for a 100% placement, but yes they can share with you there past placements which you can check with them. Its completely depended on you how much knowledge and experience you have gain in your 2 yrs of study in a PGDM/MBA and how you perform in the final interview during the placements.

Yes, you can apply to XLRI's PGDBM and PGDHRM programs via GMAT exam.
XLRI accepts both GMAT and XAT scores.

90%ile is cut-off for CAT for Non-domicile candidates and it is 80%ile for domicile candidates. Gradation in Graduation percentage differs from university to university. You may have to convince the interview panel about your reasons for your low percentage. If the reasons are good enough, you will be in.
