After the course completion, you will have the chance to join the retail market industry. Plenty of retail-related positions in marketing, merchandising, logistics and supply chain work and management are available and in demand. The Retail and Business Management program from Massey University applies real-world learning and also includes an internship which will prove extremely beneficial to you.
Admission requirements include a valid IELTS score of 6.0 (no band less than 5.5) or TOEFL iBT 80 overall (min 19 in Writing). You must have completed 10+2 with good grades and may also be required to pass a University entrance test which will be informed to you by the university. I would encourage you to look at the entire field of design at this stage. Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. The world has changed a lot and a lot of new and wonderful careers in design have come up. Sometimes student artists are too much enamored by fine arts preventing them to look objectively at design.
Again like science it pays to be at the cutting edge. For e.g. science students do better if they go for CS or IT since that are areas where development is taking place rapidly. Similarly in design the cutting edge areas are UID/ UXD, 3D printing, immersive technology, augmented reality, 3D projection etc., besides of course game design and animation. Of course at the top of the pile lies concept designing (usually reserved for writers and visionaries) - these people are required by event companies, animation studios, VFX Studios, and of course game studios.
At this stage, you may want to understand the creative world and the careers it offers. Interiors, textile as well as Web Design rely on the same skills, your layout skills and color sense. Journalism also is at this level and relies on your language skills and knowledge of history and current affairs. A little higher perches graphic design, fashion design, jewelry design, acting, and fine arts which rely on one of your artistic skills - sketching and imagination. At a similar level perches VFX as well as motion graphics which rely on one of your artistic skills, Cinematographic skills and imagination. Then there are careers like animation, film making, game design which rely on multiple talents like your authority over sketching, acting, direction, voice, sound, writing, storytelling and problem solving skills etc. Any extra skill can be used in this. So it turns out to be one of the most challenging as well as satisfying careers. Sure not recommended for the weak hearted.
Do remember that digital design careers (e.g. web design, graphics, UI design, animation, VFX, multimedia) give better profits since they can be delivered anywhere in the world & hence may earn in dollars, resulting in better rewards for designers.

ELICOS stands for English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students. It is developed mostly for overseas students coming from countries where English is not the first language. ELICOS is recommended mostly for students who do not meet IELTS or TOEFL requirements for admission. The University in Australia will itself suggest and guide you regarding this.
You will be studying English courses which is required for academic studies, business, or recreation. Special courses for IELTS, TOEFL and CTE are also provided. ELICOS colleges also have advisors guiding students to select the right course if they are unsure of what to study after the English courses are over.

As per the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), the eligibility criteria for GMAT exams have not been officially stated. The institute or university in which the student is seeking admission may have certain eligibility criteria, and they may vary across universities. However, the basic eligibility for GMAT exams are as follows:
Age
You must be at least 18 years old. Those of you who are between 13 and 17 years must get a written proof of permission, from a parent or legal guardian in order to appear for the GMAT exam. There is no upper age limit to take the GMAT exam.
Educational Qualifications
You must have an undergraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized board or university. There is no upper limit of educational qualification apart from graduation, if you are interested in appearing for the GMAT exam.
Nationality
As far as your nationality is concerned, there are no restrictions and hassles. You can be from any part of the world to be able to take this test. Some of you might be thinking that the eligibility criteria for the GMAT exam vary across countries, but this is not true. The rules and eligibility criteria are the same for all candidates from any part of the world.
Number of Attempts
You can take the GMAT exam as many times as you want. However, you can take the test once every 16 days and no more than five times in 12 months. If you have previously achieved a total GMAT score of 800, you must wait at least five years, before reappearing for the GMAT test again.
