To apply for a visa to study at Indiana Wesleyan University, Indian students need to submit the following documents: proof of financial sponsorship, medical insurance, passport photo page, dependent documentation (if applicable), and completed certification of finances (if applicable). After submitting the Certificate of Finances (COF) and it has been approved by Admissions, the Office of International Student Affairs (OISA) will create a Form I-20, which is the Certificate of Eligibility that the student will need to apply for an F-1 visa at a U.S. embassy/consulate abroad. During the visa interview, students will need to bring their Form I-20, passport, DS-160 confirmation page, Wesleyan admission letter, receipt of $350 SEVIS fee, financial documents, and evidence of nonimmigrant intent
