Hostel accommodation is not mandatory but its recommended to stay in the hostel at least for first year as you'll get a chance to interact and gel up with all your batch mates and it also helps when it comes to group studies and assignments.
The fees for the hostel facilities were roughly close to 1.5 lakhs for the previous year but it might be revised this year which you'll come to know at the time of admissions when all the details are uploaded on the college website.
Please let me know if you have any other queries.
Regards,
Souvik

33.33 percentile is a very low score for anybody to get through a good mba college. Last year the cut off for xat for imt ngpur was 70+. I would suggest you to sit again for the exam and score better.all the best :)

SPJIMR PGDM program accepts any of the CAT, XAT or GMAT score. For CAT/XAT, the minimum percentile is 85%ile overall with 70%ile in each individual sectionals. For GMAT, the score is 650 to apply. In addition to the CAT/XAT/GMAT score, a lot of parameters are taken into account not limited to academic history, extra curricular, work experience (if any) as well as performance in group interviews and written test during the admission interview process. If your extra-curriculars and work experience make up for your SSC and HSC score, then you have chances for admission calls. All the best.

The eligibility to pursue a PhD is to have a Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University and from the question it seems that you have done PGDM therefore I am afraid you are not eligible to pursue PhD in Operations management.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful.
