HR placement Are not that good in the collage. Although there students who got good placement in HR this year but Compared to marketing not much companies visit campus for recruiting HR students.
It also depends on No of students Choosing HR as if the strength is much then it is not possible for collage to prove good company for every student.

For (1) and (2) the cutoff is around 75 percentile in CAT, so it is very difficult for you to get a call, so I would suggest not to apply to these programs.
But for (3) and (4) the cutoff of CAT hovers around 60 percentile in CAT. You are just 1 percentile behind, so you should apply for these two courses, provided you are interested, and keep your fingers crossed.
