Since last two years placements have been really decent. Last yr average package was 7-8 l.p.a. and almost all students were placed except few opt outs. This year also placement is going on well. Till now around 70 guys have been placed out of a batch of around 115-120.
See, there is no particular cut off for our b school. They have a composite score of marking in the selection process. But yes anything above 80-85 percentile will give you a decent chance if other things goes well. For details selection process kindly refer to the following link->

The GD and PI is conducted for testing a number of various parameters. It certainly holds some weightage in the overall selection process. However, there will not be a elimination immediately after the GD round. The cumulative scores of all the rounds including the academic records would be considered for the final selection.

Rohit, SAP is an implementation and requires domain expertise. For e.g. a marketing person is best equipped to handle SAP marketing/ CRM module. I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants.
