Hi,
I regret to inform you that you are not eligible to pursue MBA from more than 90% of the universities in US due to the reason that your degree is a 3 year degree whereas the degree requirement in US is a 4 year degree or equivalent. Also, US universities require 2+ years of work experience as a minimum requirement.
You have 2 options:
1) Either you can pursue a post graduate diploma in management of 1 year duration, work for 2 years and then apply to universities in US OR
2) Look for some university in UK, Europe or Australia which offer MBA without work experience.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as bes

HI Karthikeyan, the masters in Germany is of 2 yrs in duration. You must have a bachelors degree to go ahead with masters and you will also need to appear for IELTS/TOEFL and GRE/GMAT. After completing the course you can stay there for 1 yr and look for a job. During studies a student can work for 90 full days or 180 half days.
If your query is resolved then kindly mark it as the best answer or rate it thumbs up. Please feel free to post queries if you have any.

hi vignesh, welcome to https://shiksha.coma nd ur asking about m.b.a right? to do m.b.a u have to prepare the exam like cat or gmat or icet or pgcet then according to the scores in that exams u may get the seat in specified college or university but doing m.b.a in colleges is not good u may go for b-schools for that u need a extra qualification and good rank in cat exam and coming to specialization in the second year u may go for ur specialization as HR and FINANCE in dual mode some universities are offering this dual programming all the best.

The truth is you don't need any. There is no license required. No test to take. Writing, as opposed to publishing, requires almost no financial or physical resources. A pen, a paper and effort are all that has been required for hundreds of years. If Voltaire and Marquis de Sade could write in prison, then you can do it in suburbia, at lunch at work, or after your kids go to sleep.
