On the increasing demand of cars, the car companies show their full interest to setup car companies in various states of India. The management programme exposes students to foundation courses in general management and functional areas like Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology.
Students have the option of obtaining an MBA degree with value added courses in Advertisisng, Branding, Insurance & Risk Management, Marketing of Financial Services, Performance Management, Cross Culture Management, BPO etc.

Admission and Selection Procedure
Candidates can seek admission in the first year of the MBA program through Entrance Test , conducted by UPTU, Lucknow. Details of the Test are available on the UPTU website. Entrance test (UPMCAT/MAT/CAT) Rank Score Card has to be submitted along with the registration form.
Candidates willing to take direct admission under the management quota, must meet the eligibility criteria as above with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and must possess a valid rank of either SEE-UPTU-2008 or MAT 2008 or CAT 2008. Such candidates are to apply directly at the college on prescribed form.

1) You are eligible to apply in State Universities. But considering the kind of private top universities that offer MBA, i think you shouldn't be concerned whether the university is a state university or a private university or a semi-private university. Just believe in the brand value of the university
2) IELTS is accepted by most universities in US. However, TOEFL is the preferred form of the English test. also, if you are looking for a scholarship, you should give the TOEFL as TOEFL grants few scholarships to international students.
