You need to have a bachelor's degree (3-year course) or equivalent in any discipline recognised by any Indian University / AICTE as eligible for post-graduate studies.
You can apply while you are in your final year of graduation. If you do get through the admission test, you will be given provisional admission on the condition that you provide your mark sheet and a certificate of passing by a certain date.

Hi SAnu, to pursue law at a British University all you need to do is apply with your documents to the Universities like Glasgow, Cardiff, Edinburgh. Documents required - Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certficate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letter of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6 min for UG courses and 6.5 min for PG courses).
