Hey, one of my friend is pursuing her career at SOIL , Gurgaon which is doing wonders in its MBA leadership program and is happy. SOIL offers 3 yrs full time non-residential Post Graduate Programs in Leadership i.e. Human Resources Leadership, Marketing Leadership, and Business Leadership. The programs are also said to be comparable with regular two-year full time MBA programs offered by business schools across the world. Also, SOIL has signed partnerships with 3 international Business Schools. These are MIP (Milano Instituto Politecnico) in Milan, Italy. BGI (Bainbridge Graduate Institute) in Seattle, USA and University of New Brunswick in Canada. The partnerships include exchange programs that will typically be of 4-6 weeks between the times of January – March. If interested you can check it out. And I've heard they don't have any eligibility criteria as such. And they have good placements too.

Germany is a country known for technical advancement, especially mechanical, automobile and related courses.
Generally, the eligibility criteria and admission procedure differs from one university to another. It would be advisable to contact the university officials directly for specific details.
As for the fee, every institute has it's own course specific fee structure. In order to know the exact fee it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of the institute where you wish to apply.

While selecting the best college, you need to check some of the important parameters such as recognition, year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.

After ECE branch there are two fields. You need to decide that you wish to work and earn in which field :
* Core field
* Software field
If you are opting for core jobs, you may take some courses related to your branch :
-Power systems
-Latest applications of Solar panels
-Embedded systems
-VLSI
-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
For software jobs you can go for programming languages.
Choosing a course entirely depends on your interest and skills. So decide wisely as it will help you to achieve your career goal.
