* Core field
* Software field
If you are opting for core jobs, you may take some courses related to your branch :

-VLSI
-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
For software jobs you can go for programming languages.

To be eligible for master's course, you need to pass bachelor's in any discipline.

A graduate employed in research institutes and government departments get income salary of Rs 8,000- Rs 15,000 every year depending upon their superiority and experience.
In private companies the compensation is better with benefits such as medical allowances, house rent, etc.
Geographers as a teacher can earn an amount of Rs 10,000 - Rs 25,000 every month.
