You are actually asking whether apple is better than orange. Both these exams serve different purposes. The set of students who can take LEET is vastly different than those who can take JEE. In fact those who can take LEET have possibility of taking JEE. My advise is take both exams. Why not? LEET can take you to 2nd year while JEE can take you to 1st year.
Best wishes.

The minimum passing marks required in order to become eligible in CTET for OBC category are 55% (82.5/150). Hence you are eligible for government's teaching jobs. Further, the validity of CTET mark sheet is valid for 7 years from the date of declaration of the result. Hence there is no need to do CTET again.
Good luck.
