Among the 3 colleges, you may choose Christ University as your first priority, Amity University at second and Manipal as the least. I am stating it in terms of ROI, fee structure, placement records and infrastructure.
The fee structure of the following institutes are mentioned below:
Amity University: 1.21 Lacs per year.
Christ University: 1.7 Lacs for 3 years.
Manipal University: 1.11 Lacs per year.
3 C program of Amity is a very expensive program and the ROI so far from Amity University has been average. You may go for the course if you wish to study in different continents paying hefty amount of sum. However, you might end up getting an average package like every other guy who's sitting for the placement. I would not recommend you to pursue this course but based on your better research, you can look upon the same and decide. Always understand that getting a placement is in your hand.

When I saw your question, I recalled my experience. Two years ago, I decided to pursue an MBA in Construction Project Management. Though I wanted to pursue it from the best institution for my best professional development, and therefore, I started researching about it. The two most prominent names that came in front of me were RICS SBE and NICMAR. It was a huge dilemma for me; hence, I started in-depth research about these two colleges and took consultancy from my friends and teachers. During this research, I came across the most important facts, which helped me in decision making, and I would love to share those with you. So, I got to know that RICS SBE is backed by a professional body, whereas NICMAR has only received a UNDP grant. In detail, RICS maintains the highest standards in the built environment sector by enforcing the rules and policies. It also accredits over 650 courses in reputed universities across the globe. Hence, RICS SBE programs with RICS accreditation also possess the highest quality of education as per the international standards, which are valued immensely worldwide. Thus, as an institution backed by a professional body, RICS SBE focuses on research that contributes to the development of India's built environment sector. RICS SBE also plays a crucial role in the Real Estate Regulation programme (RERA) and got several invitations to participate in programs related to the built environment. Hence, this college, in its best capacity, focuses on the professional development of its students by following the highest academic standards. On the other hand, NICMAR is only allowed to involve in academics from MIT, USA, University of Michigan, IIMA, and other institutes in India. Another reason that attracted me to RICS SBE is its International Mobility. Once the students enroll in one of the RICS SBE programs, they can immediately gain an Associate RICS membership. This will help them to avail themselves of the widespread network of industry professionals. This membership network enables the student to be viewed at a global level and not merely limited to any geography. Therefore, this membership benefits come in handy when you work on international projects. On the other hand, NICMAR has signed an MOU with the American Society of Civil Engineers to promote mutual interest activities, including ASCE/NICMAR seminars. Through this MOU comes with benefits but not as many benefits as RICS SBE possesses. Hence, my go-to choice is only RICS SBE.
